It depends on how much work you do yourself or if you're going to hire an attorney to do it for you. An attorney could easily charge $1500 to $2500 if he/she did everything for you. However, we don't believe that is the best approach.

Likewise, you could just file it yourself for $110 and "hope for the best". Obviously, we don't think that is a wise approach either.
