Invention promotion companies are never endorsed by government, colleges, promient companies in the private sector, or inventor organizations. If you're still insisting a company can help you, ask:

What government agencies endorse your business?

Any business that sincerely helps inventors has great relationships with the government, colleges and universities. It's only obvious. Does the company provide seminars at local colleges and government agencies like the SBA and the SBDC? Do they provide counseling to the agencies? Never accept the answer that they provide better work or services. Contact your local SBDC and they too will tell you about their rampant fraud to steer clear.
