Patent Writer is scheduled for release late in 2005. Frankly, we could have released it now, but we're waiting...on purpose.

You see, in summer 2005 there will be an important court case decision regarding how patent claims will be interpreted. This court case is Phillips vs. AWH. Until that court case is ruled on, we are holding back publishing.

The reason why is obvious. We don't want to publish a book that is outdated right after its release. We will be incorporating the outcome of this important new ruling in the book.
