We accept only qualified innovations:

1. Marketability qualified by our staff. If you are a From Patent to Profit member, your innovation most likely qualifies. If you are unsure, please contact us.
2. Visual graphics. Either photos or video stream of a virtual or real time prototype of your innovation will be used to illustrate performance.
3. Intellectual property. Strong patent protection, trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, and trade secrets are preferred. FPTP members have this qualified.

Here's what you don't need:

1. Experience in presenting innovations. We do this for you. Includes 24/7 answering service on inquiries.
2. Experience in getting non-disclosure agreements signed. We do this for you.
3. Be an expert negotiator. You may choose to have us represent your interests and negotiate on your behalf, or do it yourself.
4. Be an expert website designer and with SEO. We use our proprietary, proven format, and Search Engine Optimization prowess that has produced phenomenal success and millions in sales.
